Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items

How to request a return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective products:
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ll make it right.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
