How to Request a Return
Email us at support@caventy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible. Items that have been intentionally damaged or misused are not eligible.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not working, contact us immediately at support@caventy.com. We will send a free replacement with no need to return the original item.
